We had a great time there. The room was spacious and well appointed. We had a problem with our shower nozzle but it was corrected forthwith.
(Westin) St. Francis is always my 1st choice when I think of going to SF. It’s a grand hotel (plush and elegant).
Clean and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The receptionist, Asusanna, was very professional, competent and courteous. We had a delicious breakfast in the morning. My husband and I took our kids and grandchildren to My Fair Lady at the SF Playhouse. When the play was over, we crossed the street and went into the St. Francis Hotel, to our room and went to sleep. Incredibly great location!

My room is quiet and dark. Great blackout curtains. Temperature was lowered without problem. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Disappointed with construction, lack of information and delays.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Jeffrey, at concierge, is most welcoming and was absolutely wonderful in assisting us with our stay! We love staying here as the staff is great and the room and stay were most wonderful!
I booked a room in the original building overlooking the square and ended up in the tower on the 29th floor. Not good at all.
Service was great. Room was very quiet. Always a fun holiday visit!
