We had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. I did have concerns about the safety of the elevators. They didn’t seem to operate smoothly or timely. There was also a pungent odor in the lobby that I feel staff covered up with some sort of spray that made it worse. I would suggest putting cleaning supplies in the gym. There was nothing to wipe equipment clean with after use. Parking was also kind of crazy. I think the rate was raised prior to our stay because of various events.
I celebrated my best friend's birthday here on Friday. We got one of the penthouses it was beautiful, the view of the city is breathtaking. The staff is very polite. Thank you guys for adding happiness to our celebration.
