The halls and elevators are very hot. 90 degrees plus. The elevator doors take every bit of a minute to close and while your waiting for them to close someone walks up and hits the button. Happened to us three times. The rooms are hott and outdated. They have events on site. While we were there was a wedding and two other parties. This makes parking impossible. The wedding was very loud and made it impossible to relax. We left three hours after we checked in due to a death in the family but that was inevitable due to all the noise. 360 dollars down the drain. Take away all of the noise and it still isn't worth 360 dollars. The one highlight was that it has a restaurant on site however it was over run with party attendants.
The room, garden area, and pool were excellent. Garduño's food was very good, and the service was great. We stayed for three nights for a family wedding, and it was a wonderful experience.
I very much enjoyed staying here. It’s a beautiful place and the staff is amazing. Very friendly.
Will visit again on next trip to Albuquerque.

Expedia Group verifies all reviews to ensure that the customer has indeed booked on our site. To encourage customers to submit their reviews, we send an email containing a link to evaluate the hotel to which we sometimes attach a reduction or Expedia Rewards voucher to use on a future trip. We post all reviews whether they are positive or negative, to the extent that they respect our content directives. This monitoring is automated. Any rejection is manually checked and, if maintained, notified to the reviewer by email with reasons. We do not otherwise process changes, nor reviewer contact.
