Excellent service… lovely hotel!
Greeting at initial check in was very cordial and congenial but most of all quite welcoming. The housekeeping staff impressed us the most, always smiling and greeting us each morning, the restauraunt servers also were attentative and prompt to our needs. The gym was as ours is at home and met our needs, the pool was clean and towels accessible. We WILL be staying there again.
Very clean and quiet, despite being by the airport, shuttle to the airport every 1/2 hour, or when you need it.
Clean hotel, airport shuttle and parking for vacations. Had a great experience in the Skal restaurant (thanks Joe!) good food, clean environment and everything you need to fly out of Thunder Bay for vacations.
