Neither exceptional nor terrible. All of my expectations with staff were good, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decent, clean and reasonably comfortable, though the bed frames make a loud clanking sound when you lay down or get up. Breakfast is fine, could use more fruit options.
The room and property met our needs. Our room was clean and all items worked properly. It is close to St. Vincent Hospital and we would stay again.
I will stay here every time I come to Oregon! Wonderful place, excellent staff, great bar.

Had to stay in Portland overnight with poor weather and was impressed with these guys. Super clean room. Spotless bathroom and super friendly staff. I had to leave early the following day and they were kind enough to make a grab and go bag which had a tasty breakfast burrito in it with a variety of tasty goodies. I would definitely use them again!
