Checking in was very efficient and the front desk clerk was very personable and treated us with the utmost respect. The staff manning the breakfast in the mornings were all very friendly and kept the food stocked up, coffee ready at all times. Check out was quick and efficient and I was asked if our stay was good. We will definitely return to stay here whenever we are in Edmonton.

Very good hotel close to mall.
Very dated. Upgrades are needed. Our Bathroom faucet and shower were very old and the shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. We had coffee creamer our first morning but none on the second day. The one bottle of water per stay is not good and guests should be informed upon arrival.
