The hotel was really great. The location made many restaurants and shops available to us within walking distance. The people who work here are also friendly and helpful.
The hotel was comfortable, the cleaning staff was particularly pleasant. Breakfast bar was excellent. The hotel location is excellent walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
Apparently a fraudulent third party hikacked my reservation call and overcharged me for a room. Later when my plans changed and I needed to cancel the reservation it was impossible to reach hotel. This so called reservation service always stepped in when I needed to talk directly with hotel.
Both professional and personal in every interaction. Happy we stayed here.

Most the staff was friendly and helpful except for the poison who checked me in. She certainly was not welcoming or friendly. One elevator was always out of service and the other one had some occasional mechanical difficulties.
Rested well, comfy and cozy!
First time to stay at a Springhill Suites. Very impressive. Definitely on par with Hyatt Place and Hampton.
