Me and my family had to stay for a few days due to the electricity being out, so not my usual fun hotel stay, I was stressed and feeling unsure, but the staff were so kind and helped me feel less stress and relaxed and helped me feel comfortable during our emergency stay, keeping me feeling calm and taken care of, that is worth more than anything to me!
The hotel room had a very comfortable bed and the covers were fine. The room darkening drapes worked well. The towels were very nice, thick enough and had no smell of fragrance. But the room had a bit of a shabby feel with worn carpeting, dark grout in some of shower tiles. A nightlight in the bathroom would help people getting up in the night in a very dark room.
