I was taken advantage of by the way business is conducted at your hotel. I paid over $2000 for three rooms for one night. Shame on Marriott. Promised breakfast vouchers for my party. Only three were provided.
I will never stay at a Marriott again. I feel like I was taken total advantage of. The hotel would not take my reservation since they were too busy. I paid $750 a piece for three rooms. Then I was promised breakfast vouchers for my party of 10 and the manager would only give me three $15 vouchers for 10 people.I paid over $2000 to stay for one night. I called the corporate office no help. Very disappointing.I have never had an experience at a Marriott like this. I am a rewards member.
