The stay was great.
The price was quite high and we expected a little more. Breakfast was good, but we had only two real coffee pods in our room and we usually drink more than that. We had to get dressed and go to the lobby to get more. Just thought we would have a little more add ons at a Hotel at this price level. We have stayed at many places over the years. A roadside La Quinta in Lubbock, TX, had better amenities.
No hot water on Saturday evening, so ruined plans after driving in from long distance. Brutal awakening by “emergency” evacuation at 0600 next morning. Could not eat paid for breakfast at hotel due to evacuation. Key didn’t work to exit parking garage so charged an additional $35. Absolutely worst hotel stay of my life! No apologies or refund offered. Embarrassed for the Worthington….
Our room was 150yds from elevator at the very forest point from lobby. No towel racks in bath. Initial parking signage was absent,and we had to park one block away and carry our bags. We picked Worthington because it was our anniversary. I was less than impressed with the hotel itself, personnel was professional. Afternoon Mgr was "put upon " to help us with reservation error on my part. Doubtful I'll stay there again.

price was too high for a having to deal with a ton of small children running around the bar area. we dont mind paying when all amenities can be enjoyed. it was total chaos in the bar area. it was more like a day care center.
The hotel is lovely and the staff is super. Lobby bar food and drinks outstanding. We ordered room service breakfast, the food came in a paper bag with styrofoam clamshell containers and plastic cutlery. Order was wrong, missing food items and not what we ordered. We couldn’t eat it and went down the street to another restaurant to eat breakfast. For a property of this caliber this is disappointing.
