I stayed here for a two day business conference. The meeting room was nice, sound was better than most seminars I’ve attended, food was excellent. The room was nice, clean, comfortable. The entire staff was courteous and accommodating. The event staff were efficient, professional. Front desk staff was friendly. Very pleased… I would certainly stay here again for business or pleasure.

Our stay was fine, but only average. The room was clean and the shower water pressure was great. There was no type of store for snacks. Did not feel safe to walk cross to the street to the riverfront.
They had to change our room three times due to dirty rooms.

The room wasn’t cleaned. No extra tissue. Valet is horrible.
I stayed in one of the most beautiful rooms you could ask for. Clean, spacious, comfortable. I would stay here again.
A queen mattress and frame as well as twin mattress and frame were jammed in the room. There were also dirty linens piled on top of one bed as the cherry on top.
My son and I recently visited East Lansing and stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton in Lansing. The valet and the front desk team was very welcoming and friendly. We found our room to be very clean and the hotel quiet, even though it was full. Thank you!
