I stayed here for a two day business conference. The meeting room was nice, sound was better than most seminars I’ve attended, food was excellent. The room was nice, clean, comfortable. The entire staff was courteous and accommodating. The event staff were efficient, professional. Front desk staff was friendly. Very pleased… I would certainly stay here again for business or pleasure.

Our stay was fine, but only average. The room was clean and the shower water pressure was great. There was no type of store for snacks. Did not feel safe to walk cross to the street to the riverfront.
They had to change our room three times due to dirty rooms.

The hotel is connected to the parking garage on the corner of Ottawa and Grand. Self-parking is available through the City of Lansing for $3 per hour or up to $15 overnight. Please note that this option does not include in and out privileges. Ask your Sales Manager how to pre-purchase parking vouchers! The hotel does have limited self-parking available on a first come first served basis on the first floor of the garage, the entrance is located on Ottawa street, and your parking pass will be given to you at check in. This offering is available for $20 per night per vehicle and does include in and out privileges. $35 per night per vehicle Valet parking available on select dates.

The room wasn’t cleaned. No extra tissue. Valet is horrible.
I stayed in one of the most beautiful rooms you could ask for. Clean, spacious, comfortable. I would stay here again.
A queen mattress and frame as well as twin mattress and frame were jammed in the room. There were also dirty linens piled on top of one bed as the cherry on top.
