"Was not impressed with the customer service at the hotel by anyone."

Terrible front desk service when I arrived their were three men one behind desk and two standing to his side. Was never greeted hello, welcome, how can I help you. The young man checkin me in had his air pods in the whole time and told me he was listening to a comedy show and he should probably take them out to help me? I wanted two night stay and he told me their had been a glitch in the system and was only booked for one night. He was not helpful and even rude. Then I went to the bar to get something to eat and the girl working was very casual and again not very happy that I was there. Very disappointing because I like staying at the hotel for work because of the location. But won't be staying there again.
