Very clean hotel! Very pleased with our stay. Excellent experience, friendly staff, very clean rooms and check in area. Will stay again when attending another event in Seattle :)

Great hotel, wonderful staff! I always stay here pre cruise. I like that they have a shuttle to the cruise pier. I can Uber to Nordstrom’s and or the Public Market. I had trouble unlocking my suitcase this last stay and one of the maintenance workers got it open for me!😁.

The hotel was clean,staff polite and helpful.
We really enjoyed our two night stay. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to the space needle and monorail. Area around the hotel a little sketchy, but we felt safe and found food and services within easy walking distance.
The Mediterranean exceeded our expectations. Everything was in order and far above normal.
After arriving very late due to long flight delays, this staff was so welcoming and lovely. Couldn’t ask for a better experience after a very long day.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of all kinds of attractions and food. Comfortable pillows and beds. Shower has hot water and very cold water. Large screen TV. Good qualities in the soap and shower gels.
Room was really nice and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Rooftop deck was spectacular.
Visited it to see the NYE Space Needle event (from the roof deck you can see it!). The building is recently renovated with good desk service and clean rooms. The rooftop deck has great views of Elliot Bay and the Space Needle (it's about two blocks from the Center).
Professional, knowledgeable staff, very helpful.
We booked a king room or two doubles. It said so on the receipt as well. They gave us a queen room. When I asked about it at the front desk, there was really no logical explanation given or the price of the room wasn’t adjusted. We did enjoy the shuttle services that were offered by the hotel. That was convenient.
