The cool thing about Woodcliff Hotel & Spa is that it offers a full-service spa, a golf course, and an indoor pool for guests to relax and enjoy.
My husband and I took a two day getaway We live one hour away, east of Rochester and our son and his wife live in Rochester. Our room was ADA compliant which we did not need but it was actually very comfortable. Great view of the walking trail and the woods which was really pleasant. We liked the quiet 4th floor. We went to the bar restaurant and both Becky and Craig were AB’s great and professional! I knew some of the County Clerks group so we spent time after dinner both nights I never had a complaint even though Craig did not have a helper to assist him. We loved that a young person played the baby grand one night. We had breakfast one morning and our server could not have been any better (young woman) I did notice that it seems there could be some fixing and pairing due to the age of the hotel But it really didn’t affect our stay I hope to visit again in the future to enjoy the walking trails Your staff is great Including in the spa.
Nice on site restaurant. Delivered towels as asked for. Nice sunset. Clean room.
