As mentioned, worse hotel ever. Dinghy, horrible smell. Had to move to a second room because of smell. Rug fifthy, no refrigerator or microwave. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to any. The price along should deter anyone. What a filthy hole in the wall.
The kindness of Noah, Alfredia and Brittany were outstanding. Charming decor, outstanding restaurant and great location. I recommend it for tourists.
Friendly staff. Room nice. Toilet slow and there were several strands of hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling. Not good. Makes one wonder how good the cleaning is.

This was our first time staying at the Berkeley and we loved it. I wish I knew the name of the lady at the front desk, she was really wonderful. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable and rearrranged our booking so that my brother could stay on the same floor as us. The young man who handled the valet parking was outstanding too so friendly and considerate.
I have been staying to hotel for 25 years and have hosted many events there. The staff is always very welcoming and very accommodating. It is a wonderful and classy hotel. Glad that there is now a restaurant again.
