My friend and I arrived in Florida after staying at the Renaissance. That’s when she realized she’d left all her makeup and jewelry, including very sentimental pieces. Keith, in loss prevention, had already received her belongings by the time she called. He accounted for each item and held it all safely until we made our way back through Alabama. He was kind and considerate and was much appreciated when she was panicking. Thank you Keith!
I had a great stay! The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful — the gentleman who checked me in was especially friendly and made me feel right at home. The hotel was clean and comfortable and I really enjoyed having the pool all to myself during my stay. It was such a nice way to relax. Overall, a wonderful experience — I’d definitely stay here again!

First time in Mobile for a wedding weekend and stayed at the Renaissance hotel. Beautiful lobby and dining area. Loved the Fresh Market on site which had the best coffee and lots of room to sit and chill. Hotel was convenient to the History Museum where the wedding was held and restaurants in walking distance. The view from our room was spectacular! Room was clean, bright and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
