At this hotel service could not get any better, the hotel is clean. The outdoor pool area is perfect. Everything about this hotel is five star. Our stay was perfect. Shout out to Ahmed, one of the managers, the hotel should be happy to have him representing them.

I ordered room service for breakfast my first day. When it came in a paper bag with cardboard boxes I was shocked. Usually at a top hotel you would get a tray with silverware and real dishes. I actually paid over $70.00 for a breakfast that I couldn’t eat.
Gorgeous grounds and facility. The public restroom near the coffee shop was in bad condition. I ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived in a bag with cardboard boxes with the food. Eggs were inedible and stuck to the box. A total turnoff. Bacon was hard and toast was cold. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and well equipped. For the price I could have done much better.
