Very nice hotel. Pool and hot tub really helped loosen us up. Very clean and neat throughout hotel. Staff was great, very helpful and polite.

The building inside and out is beautiful. Room was comfortable and clean, pool and spa clean and clear. We chose this location to experience Grotto of the Redemption. Thank God we got to experience a wonderful blessing.
1. At check in, my reservation couldn't be found even after providing my confirmation #. 2. I prepaid for a suite for my daughter. When they checked in later that day, there were no suites available. 3. When I spoke to the front desk I was told I would have to take it up with Experian because they made the reservation. I explained I made the reservation on the Grand stay website. No where on that site said Experian was the reservation agent. 4. I was forced to purchase a second room to accommodate my four grandchildren. 5. Was was offered no discount, no compensation what so ever for the error. 6. The desk clerk was poorly trained as finding two adjoining rooms required her to phone the manager to walk her through each step of the check in process. If you're going to use Experian as your booking agent, I will never use your hotel again. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from your hotel in the future.
Stayed on our way to Missouri. Mostly good; check in was a little slow; room was great, and breakfast was okay.
Asked for towels no one ever brought them.the remote in our room didnt work well also where scolded for not having proper swim wear due to use being in the middle of moving.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. All questions were dealt with at a highly professional level thank you.
The staff was excellent at all times.
