The hotel lobby was unclean, the carpeting, especially on the stairs, leading to second floor, need to be vacuumed, it was like that when we arrived and the next morning when we checked out. Our room's bathroom had a bad urine smell.
Happy with the room. Not too bad of a place to stay. Low cost compared to others.

The outside area of an ancillary door was filled with cigarette butts. The wardrobe in the room had black dust on one of the doors. The water temperature in the shower was barely lukewarm warm. The morning coffee was good.
Our room was clean and the beds very comfortable. All went well with the booking and check in.
Did not disappoint. Very clean, staff was super friendly, breakfast was delicious with alot of options. Only place will stay in the Bay area. Will refer friends to this chain.
