I was absolutely impressed with the spa treatments I pampered myself with during my stay there. I am looking forward to making my trip to this resort an "annual, recurring birthday treat for myself!" I also was absolutely in luv with my private hot thermal bath accommodations. The expense associated with that back was absolutely worth it to me. HOWEVER. the living room couch was an "eyesore". the rugs were nothing to be uplifted by. For paying over a thousand dollars for my specific room should have been a "much better quality" than what thit was. I am aware of this property years ago having been a Bible College and the furniture and rugs in my room looked like they have never been changed. ALSO, the location of the ceiling light in my master bedroom was completely hidden, out of sight, after searching "everywhere" for that, I had to call the hotel guest line because I couldn't go to sleep without that huge light being shut off. That was "another" negative experience I had with my room and that was supposed to be one of the best rooms at this resort. Overall, setting aside the negatives, I will "focus on the positives" AURELIA.
Entry hall filthy, room had a strong musty smell caused by a sopping wet rug, caused by utility cabinet water leak, trash on floor. Absolutely disgusting.
