Our room was clean and met our needs. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was very good and the young lady in charge of the breakfast was very nice and did a great job keeping food on the serving bar. Upon arriving home, I realized I had left two jackets hanging in the closet. The morning manager Mark was so nice! Staff turned the jackets into the front desk and Mark instructed me what to do to have my jackets mailed to me! We have nothing negative to say because we had an absolute positive experience. Plus, the hotel is only about 15 or so minutes away from the Biltmore Estate!
