Beautiful property, staff is excellent! Perfect location!
Room was very small with window looking into another room A/C barely worked even after maintenance came.
Was disappointed that they didn't serve dinner and the only places to eat close was a Pizza or subway. Parking is self park and the spaces are tight but by staying there you get a little break on price. if I have another event at the convention center I would stay there again.
I had to bring my son to Baton Rouge for a school event so I was trying to find a hotel close to LSU. I did not realize how close I was until we made it to the hotel coming from the school. I love how you are placed down town and the shops and buildings were just so cute and welcoming, I really did not want to leave. But to make this story short I read the reviews after I booked my room so I was expecting everything to be as many of the negative reviews was so I came prepared with the essentials to make our room presentable. There were two complaints that was mentioned that I totally agree with, the door to the bathroom and the door to the room are awkwardly place, you can not go out or come in the room if someone is the bathroom and our view was of the brick wall of the building but we just let the shade down, other than that the bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I will most definitely refer this hotel and will try my best to stay here again. Thank you for a great experience! The Nelson Family!
