So nice to stay in a hotel where the number one concern is the quality of the property. Lovely room, every detail perfect, from the stainless steel ice bucket, two sizes of drink glasses and a bellman that makes sure you are taken care of.
The staff is absolutely fantastic, energetic, positive and very helpful. Nice property.

MARY at the front desk that is in our before normal check in. Arrange a bottle of champagne and treats in a check out suggested leaving the tip for the ballet on the Bill to avoid the awkward face to face tipping. Excellent customer service and atmosphere highly recommend.
Like the location. Room and food was great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, warm and cozy Christmas decorations outside and in the lobby. Staff from the valets, bell assistants, front desk, the room service and the housekeeping staff all friendly and helpful. Makes you feel at home. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Overall a wonderful stay and the location is terrific!

I stayed at the Raphael for an entire week and now would not stay anywhere else in Kansas City. Certain rooms have a wonderful view of the city which adds to the experience. I had breakfast every morning in the restaurant and soon got to know the servers. After breakfast,I worked out in the gym which featured a treadmill, bike, elliptical, rowing machine and free weights. Also provided were cold water, towels and protein bars. There was always several staff members in the lobby to greet you, answer questions or just chat. After a few days, the Raphael felt like home. and the homemade chocolate chip cookies certainly added to that feeling!
