I would definitely stay at spark in the future.
Made my reservation through a 3rd party, will NEVER us that outfit again. Tried cancelling days in advance, they never attempted to cancel my stay, blamed it on the hotel. The hotel mgr would have accepted the cancellation. Without my follow up, the 3rd party makes the hotel the bad guy. A shame as two of the three parties are harmed here.
I was routed online to the wrong hotel and when I discovered this, I wasn't permitted to cancel. This seems unfair.
