Clean, safe hotel with friendly staff.

Would highly recommend facility. Staff very nice.

Easy access on and off the highway, the hotel is lovely, rooms are very comfortable, quiet and close to all the venues we planned on visiting.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is convenient to the entrance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Disappointing that there was a fire drill 11:20 Friday night 7/11 and we needed to evacuate. No staff was instructing anyone. Of course best to be safe but when we were allowed back in no hotel staff said anything to the guests. If they were too busy then it would have been nice if they sent the guests an email or had a note written at the desk. I assumed it was a false alarm as when I googled it nothing was listed, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. We left at 4:15 am Saturday as had a twelve hour drive home, no one was at the desk so just left keys in a box. There also seemed to be a shortage of towels. Although our room was clean the hotel definitely needs updating. Some of the curtains were ripped in the room, rug had some stains.

Very comfortable and clean. TV situation is terrible. There is no TV guide. When changing channels, the screen goes black then in about five seconds it will move to next channel. It was very annoying.

The front desk staff was clearly overwhelmed and took their frustration out on the guests. We rented out a ballroom for a team get together and were in need of an additional table and they told us they didn't have one. We opened up the closet door in the room and found an abundance. We had quite a bit of garbage more so than can fit in the small garbage bin provided, but we certainly didn't want to leave our mess for someone else to clean up so we requested additional bins. That request was met with annoyance all for trying to clean up our own mess. The showers didn't work in half of our party's rooms. The hallways were loud with party goers till the early morning (not the hotel's fault but it was not policed), the pool was not operable and we weren't notified until we checked in (the whole purpose of us coordinating an overnight stay with our team was to allow our 13 ten year old girls to build memories and swim in the pool when they weren't playing softball games). It was just a frustrating, frustrating experience from a customer service perspective.

Four Nights Stay. Room was spotless, Cleaned daily, great job, beautiful Hotel..

We had Easter Bruch at the 2:00 p.m. seating and my family and I (there were about 14 of us) had a very pleasant time and the food was very good.

We enjoyed our two night stay this past weekend. In town for a wedding. Lovely hotel with friendly front desk people. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was very good too.
