When I arrived at the hotel I had no idea how instrumental the staff would be in saving my life. The common areas were well kept and our room was new and clean. Check in was easy and informative. But, we have come to expect such things while on vacation. Right? What we don't expect is that when my appendicitis flared up at 3am and we were in a panic, that the hotel front desk staff would jump into action. You see one of the front desk staff is a nurse and she took my wife and I to the hospital that was 15 minutes away by car. Now that is service! That is dedication! That's human compassion! And I had my surgery and I am alive and well. My wife, my kids and friends that you Betsy for being who you are and where you were. God Bless Brian.

I can't say enough about how great this hotel was for our large group it had everything we needed and had a great vibe. The hotel's biggest asset however, is a customer service rep at the front desk named Betsy. Betsy's warm, genuine smile is the first thing you experience when you check in. During my stay there, I caught her even playing with babies and laughing with parents out in the parking lot! This hotel is sitting on a winning lottery ticket :) She really enhances the vibe at the hotel. Thank you Cambria and Betsy for being awesome!
We arrived to a very well maintained hotel. Created by exceptionally. Polite and professional staff. Our room was clean, fresh smelling and comfortable. Honestly, the only saying that set us back a little was as soon as you got on.The elevator was a picture of steak and eggs offered by the hotel for breakfast but unfortunately was not an option on the menu. Menu was limited food was phenomenal. However, service was extremely slow. Overall, wonderful experience.
Everything from check in to checkout was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be returning.
