Hi I was told your shuttle ran 24 hrs and waited alone at 1:00 in the morning March 11 until another shuttle offered me a ride. And then I had to walk 1/8 1/4 mile to your hotel. Desk clerk was very kind at 1:45 am.
My overall experience was great. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and helpful. My only complaint is the breakfast options. There were only bagels and yogurt. It would have been nice to have a meat option or maybe some fruit. Other than that, I was pleased with my stay.
I picked this due to great rate and it was a nice place. When I arrived they gave away my room. I was trying to get a manager, called the hotel customer service and finally the manager showed up and “found” a room. Very odd. Then after waiting for a couple hours in the lobby we get to our room. We were already so tired and we receive a call at 1am asking if we are smoking because someone complained about smoke. Then the next morning they call telling us we have five mins to get to the shuttle. I asked her for what? She was rude and said for the airport. I told her we aren’t leaving. She replied “you asked for the shuttle.” I told her she must have the wrong room and she realized she did and just hung up. They need some work on customer service.
