We stayed for three nights are we found the accommodations to be excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff and service were professional and courteous. We enjoyed Thrifty Ice Cream and the restaurants on site. Great job y'all!

Not a new casino but we’ll run and clean! Good food and all the old favorite machines that we all miss in Vegas! From African Diamond, Mo mummy to Buffalo Gold! Fun and nostalgic!

The room was perfectly clean. We have stayed in most of the hotels in Laughlin over the years and this one has been the best.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff were universally courteous. We came for the pool and weren't disappointed.

The AVI is definitely a resort all on its own. Located along the river makes for a beautiful view, but very busy with families with small children. All in all a nice escape from the City life.

Great rooms, friendly service, easy and fast check in and check out, lots of great amenities, great diner, great cantina. No over crowding. So much to experience, but only limited time, so we will be back next summer.

Valet was excellent Housekeeping was helpful Bad news:no coffee maker or keurig in room. Casino too smokey, you need smoke eaters.

My wife and I had a short getaway from Southern California drove to the AVI resort had a great time we were in the newly renovated beach tower rooms were large clean and a very relaxing environment.

Checking into the hotel went off without a hitch and my first night stay was great. However it started declining after that, first customer service while getting thrifty ice cream was deplorable. The young lady never greeted with which is okay but her first words to me was what do you want? Then it was do you know what you want? After I excuse me she then tried to explain why she spoke to me in n that manner. Which was she was busy and I can understand that but you work in a busy environment with the public and you have a coworker there with you. Then when I booked my room I requested a late check out but found out they would not honor it. And they manager was less than empathetic and showed a non caring attitude for guests. I don’t know if it was because I was African American or she was having a bad day. But I was not very happy with my experience after the price I paid.

Exellent Service

The hotel had very poor cell phone service. The restaurant management told all the employees to be rude to anyone that was riding a motorcycle and over all I won't ever recommend this place to anyone I know.

Customer service was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. My only issue with the casino. The non smoking area should be the majority of the casino and the smoking area should good where the nonsmoking area is. The nonsmoking slots are pretty much old style and only a few new machines. Over all the stay was good.
