I have stayed in your hotel on two occasions.
I was surprised at the requirement to use the key in the elevator. However, I think it was an excellent thing to have done and it greatly help insure the safety of your guests! Everyone of the employees we encountered were most kind and very helpful! Overall, our stay was very good!
Brunch is offered everyday from 6:30AM - 2:00PM in Ariccia Cucina Italiana, our casual Italian restaurant conveniently located inside the hotel. Grab a quick bite, espresso, cappuccino or café latte at HC Valentine Coffee Company located in our lobby or one of our house-made muffins, specialty breads, pastries, biscuits and more. This fast alternative for breakfast, lunch and dinner is offered each day from 6:00AM - 10:00PM.

People, Food, Area.
Easy to visit kids in school! Great location, very comfortable.
While it’s not the Four Seasons, this is a very nice place to stay primarily because the staff is personable and willing to go the extra mile to make guests experience special. Everyone from the valets to the desk staff to the baristas were wonderful to interact with. I appreciate that they allow pets, have a good coffee place in the lobby and have a restaurant that is a solid option for any meal.

So nice to be able to check in to a hotel that thinks about all the little things. Front the time we checked in to the time we checked out everyone was amazing and kind. The rooms were spacious and wonderful. Food amazing! Very convenient to campus. Will definitely stay again.
Hotel has nice accommodations and food is good. Warning. Only book directly through the hotel. Do not use a 3rd party booking. The room I booked through a third party was not guaranteed when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel does not take any responsibility for that mistake, nor do they offer any credit as it was not booked through them.

The Hotel at Auburn U., located in the heart of Auburn, is a beautiful facility and the staff, from valet and reception to cleaning and restaurant service are welcoming and attentive. This hotel will not disappoint.
The hotel, restaurant and bar were all outstanding. But the real stand out was the staff. They were warm, friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered was generally happy that we were there as guests. It started with the guys at valet parking and went all the way through the delightful people in housekeeping. I’d like to mention Charm in the restaurant Will a In Valet parking and Doris in housekeeping who were standouts. That doesn’t take away from the rest of the staff who are all exceptional.
Service is great. Excellent location. Ariccia Restaurant in lobby has declined since I first ate there four years ago. Service is still very good but food isn’t as good. Very average.
The hotel is in a convenient location. Check in was easy, parking was easy. Rooms were cozy.
