This was a horrible experience! The room was filthy! When we arrived for the night, we were welcomed by a group of vagrants cooking on a charcoal grill! The smoke billowed into our room! We had to vacate and reported it to the managers. I would have wanted a refund but it was late, so we had to move to another room. I feel a refund should be in order! I have ptsd from this stay!I couldn’t rest because people were talking outside our room very late! Also the furniture was disgustingly filthy!
We had to report to the front desk clerk. The floor was dirty and was sticky. We have no choice to stay but will never stay here again!
