We came in from Louisiana, was very tired from the drive. Great customer service. So convenient to pretty much all the things we wanted to do. The Grand Ole Opry was across the street, restaurants and the Cooter(Dukes of Hazard Museum) is next door and you pretty much can shuttle your way around Nashville.
Across from the Grand Ole Opry and we are very happy we stayed there.
We enjoyed our stay.
2nd time staying here. It did not disappoint.

The shower water never warmed up. Housekeeping was attentive. I was informed on my arrival that I had double booked and Chris, attendant, said there was nothing he could do about it beyond giving me a company name.
