All the windows and view of the harbour was great. And the bed was really comfortable.
Staff are friendly and helpful, room was excellent, restaurant was excellent, this is my go to hotel when visiting Nanaimo, would recommend it to anyone visiting Nanaimo, 5/5.
My experience was very good until I went to bed. It sounded like maybe maintenance was going on as it sounded like hammering. This went on for quite sometime. The other disappointment was, it was loud. You could here doors opening and closing throughout the night.

Everyone we spoke with were very kind and genuine. The rooms are exceptional and very comfortable.
