I have stayed here several times over the years. Normally, everything is good. But this time, wasn’t good at all. Booked by telephone and I was requesting a certain room or at least be on bottom floor due to being handicap and wanting to keep an eye on my truck. I got there and the girl said nothing was available on bottom floor. I said okay, but still wanted to be able to see truck, so I wanted that side of a room. Well, she puts me on top floor away from the view of my truck! I was tired, so didn’t argue. Got in room and everything looked okay. Laid down and tried to turn TV on, but it didn’t work. Like I said, I was tired, so I just went to sleep. I just wanted to be accommodated or at least meet me half way. Nothing of the sort. The girl at the desk wasn’t rude, but I could tell she didn’t want to be there and didn’t really care of my needs. I will try again in a few days. Hopefully it’s better this go round. 😏.
