I received my room bill before I checked in on the night of my stay. Why should this even happen?.
An average hotel for the standard rate of $90, however, the website phone number connected me to a booking agent who falsely claimed to be the hotel proper, told me they were booked for the night with the exception of a room rate of 165+. This is false marketing and the hotel company should investigate the agent and how they represent themselves. Our experience was a total ripoff and concluded a great trip with a bad experience. You are being represented by totally dishonest agents.
