The staff were helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great location for us. I would definitely recommend this Fairfield Inn and Suites.

My stay at the Fairfield Inn was pleasant. Ryan at the front desk was amazing and helpful. And the rooms were clean and I enjoyed my shower accommodations.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Springfield Northampton is a good place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well designed with plenty of outlets for electronics. The hotel itself is close enough to Main Street that you can walk to downtown. Plenty of parking and the morning breakfast was just right. A great experience and I will stay here again.
I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff, everyone I encountered. Rooms were clean, andserviced regularly. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff was particularly helpful. Since I have a disability they all carried everything I had to the table. The desk staff was very courteous and helpful as well. If there was a 10 rating, I would give them a 10+, well done JW.
It was our first time here and we had a very nice experience. The room we had was comfortable and very clean. Everything worked which was pleasant. The only gripe we had was there was no small water bottles to make coffee. but. we didn't worry too much since the morning complimentary breakfast was over the top. So much to choose, from the eggs to the cereal to bagels, bacon, yogurt, waffles. WOW! One of the best tasting coffee's I've ever had as well. Can't forget the staff either. Very pleasant and accommodating. If I'm ever back in the area, I'm sure to book there again. Thank you for the nice stay.
