Staff was very friendly.
The person at the front desk was very rude. I had a difficult time understanding anything he said. He didn't answer any of my questions. I went down to ask him later for batteries for the remote(the TV had no buttons). He changed the batteries after telling me he didn't have any. The remote still did not work. The volume was way too loud and it was on an awful channel. I went to ask if there was something that could be done. He said, (We are not a four star hotel, we do not have staff in the night to help you!) The room was not clean although the bed was so that helped a lot.The ice machine area was very dirty.
Our bathroom had a bad smell, light and fan did not have remote and front desk said they had no remotes when asked how was to operate it front desk said we don’t. Front desk was unfriendly and very unhelpful. Overall hotel and rooms were dirty. We had three rooms total. We will NEVER stay again.
