This was our 3rd visit to this property. The staff was, kind and always accommodating. We were visiting for a bereavement and they were all so comforting. Thanks so much for your compassion expressed towards our family. We very much appreciated the whole staff!

The front desk staff were very pleasant. The room was poorly cleaned. Sticky stains on the desk. Long strands of hair on the bed, filthy unckeaned bathtub; the toilet would not flush. The front desk and maintenance man were very responsive to the call. After the toilet handle was changed, it still would not flush. It worked after I had to lift the lid and finance with the cord in the water. The toilet seat and the tub surfaces are damaged in various areas which adds to the unclean appearance. Never again.
For over 200/night I expected better. We did not have maid service following our first night. Also, there were problems with the TV in our room.
