The hotel offers a bar/lounge, parking, an elevator, a gym, a restaurant, a spa, WiFi/Internet, pet-friendly rooms, laundry facilities, non-smoking rooms, air conditioning, a 24/7 front desk, a business center, meeting rooms, and an electric car charging station.
Management has overcharged my account by 3000$, I have spoke to them and was told they would handle it. It has now been three weeks, I've involved IHG in this matter and next is my lawyer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at the Candlewood Suites Augusta. We booked via the phone needing a place for the night. To my surprise there was a room available and the front desk was quick to respond to our check in. Great stay and great staff.
