I checked in early (1:30PM) Saturday afternoon. The desk staff person was warm, kind and immediatly understood our situation. We had reserved our Wheelchair Accessible room for a 7 hour Am Track lay over for a friend who was experiencing brain tumor related symptoms. Without a pause he switched us to a Suite without extra charge. He said he thought that this might be best! It was. The large bathroom, bed in an alcove, table that we moved in front of the couch for our carry out dinner were all exactly perfect. The room was pleasant and spotlessly clean. The lobby was attractive and large. We had everything we could want to make these challenging hours workable and comfortable. Thank you.
Clean, modern. Staff gets an excellent. Hotel a very good. Bathroom was nice with a shower.
Would stay here again Walk to hotel from train station Bar and restaurant down stair was great!
We didn't need anything fancy. We got a basic room that was clean and the bed was comfortable. This hotel was chosen for lower price near Union Station.
