I had a great stay at Kelly Inn in Mitchell SD. Pleasant reservation/customer service, friendly check in, nice clean entrance, loved the Christmas decorations, clean quiet room. Breakfast was great. Other than the fact that I woke up to a snowstorm and 50 mph winds, it was absolutely terrific :).
Comfy beds pet friendly.
Was forced to pay a fee that was not refundable.
I loved the Northwest lodge feel.

Met family for a concert in Mitchell. Had 6 rooms all next to each kitchen area was open for all to visit Breakfast was one of the best.
I have stayed here before and when I went to check in they did not have my reservation. I even had my confirmation number and a receipt for the stay. I then had to make a new room stay. I called the credit card company and both charges were charged to my account. This is very frustrating. I should be credited the original amount to my credit card. We like staying here but this is unacceptable at 1:00 AM. I called the number on your website and it is misleading to have the phone transferred to a third party. Please respond to this comment and also check out your website when you google Kelly Hotel in Mitchell SD. I was hoping to make a reservation directly with the hotel.
