When calling to book the reservation shortly before arrival, we inquired to make sure the hotel had a restaurant in it and that we could get a late checkout. We were ensured there was a restaurant in the hotel and offered a late 2pm check out. After traveling all day we wanted to check in eat and relax. Upon arrival we checked in, weren't told anything about where our room was etc. but staff was more focused on trying to sell us a condo. When entering the room, the room was gross. The floor was sticky with something spilled on it, hair in the sink etc. Further more, there was no restaurant which was extremely frustrating since that was what we asked to make sure there was one before booking. The “bar” wasn’t a bar but rather a game room for tons of kids playing darts and pool. We had a running toilet that never stopped. Went to get food and come back to no parking anywhere. Our balcony view was a beautiful stream… with trash everywhere. Entire area was all garbage everywhere. Went to go back to room this morning and we were locked out at 10am with no late checkout out on record. Unpleasant, one night for paying nearly $300. Unacceptable for that price.
No open handicapped room open. Regular room needs more garbage cans. I am 5ft8 n the bed was way too high. Toilet was too low. Being handicapped our room was too far to the lobby. Hotel was nice inside. Excellent parking. Was told twice wrong directions how to get to hotel. Called the hotel n the desk lady was very accommodating in directing us there cuz I was very upset. Elevator was broke promptly got a ground room but unfortunately way too far to lobby.

Te man at the front desk gave me great feedback when I asked what was fun to do. Aquavina lumina was an amazing place he recommended. Very kind and profession.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was super cozy and clean. It looks like it was recently renovated. The staff was super friendly, respectful and helpful. The amenities were sufficient. The location was also very convenient and close to all the attractions and restaurants in The Dells. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget friendly hotel for their next trip to Wisconsin Dells.
