We have stayed here many times. It is a quality location and resort.
Lightbulbs in the main room of the suite were burnt out or flickered on and off repeatedly. The air conditioning stopped working and the temperature shot up to 90 degrees. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. The clerk came up and could not get the gauge to stabilize. No maintenance person came. Friendly staff, but not helpful with a severe problem.
