The folks that work for this hotel are top notch. Check in is easy and fast. The continental breakfast is hot and delicious. The waitress at the restaurant was really great with us. We brought a three yr old on her first visit this year. At one point during check in, she bolted for the door. A gentleman from the back office jumped up and ran out to try to catch her. It all ended well but his kindness will not be forgotten. Quite a staff you have there. Really good people who make our stay great!

Drove from out of state to attend a birthday party. The staff members were personable, professional and friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
We always stay here when in Braxton Co. This is the first time the room wasn’t spotless. The vent in the bathroom was broken and hanging down on one side. The walls in the shower needed a good, deep cleaning but those little issues won’t stop us from staying again.

I could not contact the front desk. Internet listed number would only contact 3rd party booking which ripped me off for an additional hundred dollars. killed roaches and glasses and tub and bathroom dirty. we stayed in 5th floor suite. I have stayed here probably a dozen times. Reported this at checkout. No manager available.
The front desk staff was great, friendly, and welcoming. I loved the room; the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space was clean and inviting.
The room was nice, BUT…. The bathroom was very dirty, the toilet had dried pee all over the seat, we literally had to clean the toilet before we could use the bathroom. Other than that the stay was good.

Vending machines out of order on 3rd floor South tower and the entry way into that building. Looks like some of the carpet throughout the hotel could use some updating. Asked for hot tea at dinner and was told there was none.Had some for breakfast this morning. Very clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast (especially the eggs!).
