I love the tropical feel of the property’s with all the palm trees, it feels like an oasis. So we had a major storm and our electricity was out for two days. We had to get our 90 year old parents out and other family members. We booked two rooms and late in the afternoon we were still out of service so we needed another room and made the reservation. Three hours later the electricity came back and never got to use the room. Most hotels would say sorry. But with a smile on their face, they said they understood the situation and would figure out a way to compensate us. Great customer service!
