My original review wasn't going to be so positive. When checking into my room with a two and three year old, my lamps didn't work, remote was broken and you had to hold it together and once you got it to work it was like I was watching TV with bunny ears. But I called down and let them know the disappointment and they quickly rectified it and got me into a new room and upgraded me for the inconvenience. Beds are so comfy, breakfast is delicious and staff great.
