We have no problems at all. They are so hospitable and most of the our hotel room is so clean and the breakfast was superior. From now on we're gonna find a Fairfield if we go on vacation again someday.🥰🥰🥰.

Hotel was fine, average. Hotel staff and breakfast each morning was great!
The check in was easy and quick. The hotel is very clean and quiet with a comfortable room in downtown near to our destined hospital where my wife was scheduled for a surgery in the early morning. The staff are very cooperative and we had been treated with respect and courtesy. The restaurant facility is excellent with a menu for selection of seafood and veggies. Next morning had to leave very early for her appointment. Returning to the hotel after two more hours I had a quick breakfast and was allowed to carry food for my wife who had been going through surgery. Overall, a nice place to enjoy one’s comfortable stay in Charlotte.
