The rooms were clean and the stay was relaxing. Good idea for couples date night.
The foreign lady at the front desk was very rude and aggressive, the sheets on our bed was dirty and we went and got clean sheets that night. When we checked out in the morning they went to look at the room and make sure everything was fine, she came back and said she’s charging up $70 for messed up sheets and pillowcase we explained to her that they were already dirty that’s why we came back and get new sheets that night. She stated that she was the one that put those sheets on the bed and that they weren’t dirty. I don’t recommend this hotel they will get over on you just because I will never come back there again!
It was a great place to stay! I only stayed for one night and I’m coming back already! Clean, nice appearance, 10/10!
Relaxing!
When I arrived the ladies was very nice and polite. Get to the room it was nice. I expected it to be a little better. Everything was going good. Until the next morning me and my fiancé went out for breakfast. To come back @ 10:43am we can’t get back in the room. Which we paid for a 3:00pm late check out. I go to the office to let them know we couldn’t get back in the room. She says oh it’s lock you have a 11:00am check out …. I say no a three o clock check out. For one it’s not even 11 o’clock if it was an early check out. She couldn’t explain to me why the door was locked before our check out time. She was very unprofessional. I keep asking her for management she kept saying she’s the manager….. Didn’t give me the management information upon my request. I work customer service for 15yrs to know this was unacceptable. I came there to release stress only to get it build back up…. I’m very disappointed!!
The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I definitely enjoyed myself with my woman. I do really like the place and would recommend it to friends and family.
Property is super clean and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are very nice and properly decorated and maintained. I think the property has a certain amount of “class” that most properties that offer the same amenities lacks.
I think this is by far the best place I have ever stayed that was part of a romantic trip. Everything was amazing and was not in any way seedy or sleezy like hotels that offer the same experience. This is the perfect escape for lovers.
