Our reservation clerk upgraded us to a suite and it was phenomenal.
I’d like to mention one specific team member sunroom breakfast place manager Thomas. They way he handled two elderly customers about food preferences, was absolutely with great patience and professionalism.
There was a group of 17 of us. We all had a very nice time. The accommodations were wonderful, neat and clean. We ate at The Kitchen Wine Bar and the Old Hempstead. The servers were attentive and the food at the Old Hempstead was outstanding. The Casino was fun and there were a few winners in our group. I would recommend the Borgata.
