Love staying at Mystic Lake beautiful hotel always clean, staff is great just love it there.
The rooms were clean and updated. The gaming area was vast with plenty of new games and some of my favorites!
Friendly, great help, walked us where we wanted to go. Clean rooms, security was great. We felt very safe. Thank you.

Parking is superb. Elevators efficient. Hallways and lobbies clean. Room excellent. Check in and check out were flawlessly smooth. Shuttle drivers were gregarious (I did find the powwow eventually).

Horribly understaffed, dirty and unkept … room service left for THREE DAYS … nightmare Friday evening for transportation! most likely we will not return lots to work out to manage this property!
