Staff was absolutely amazing. The place was clean, room was more than big enough for me and my friend. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The breakfast sandwich they offer with the room is absolutely delicious. This isn't crazy far from the shuttle pickup point either. I highly recommend this place to anyone and the price is amazing.
Either I couldn’t get all three days together but staff was very helpful to get me my third day and very easy.
The staff were all nice and helpful. Who doesn’t love free breakfast and coffee in the morning before you go to the festival. Will stay there again next year.

I have stayed there several times and convenient to OSU hospital.. had a “ medical rate” and when needed to stay another week, I was billed different rates and not the medical rate I was quoted and originally had.. staff was good and the breakfast.. Requested clean towels twice and two time, never was refreshed… Ants also in room and reported it to front desk.. indicated they had some Issues. Overall, I like the hotel but that was some Of the issues Thank U.
After some problems with my reservation we were glad to see how nice the room was. Very clean. Bathroom could have been bigger. There was very little noise from outside. Beds were nice but to high.
Easy parking. Clean, NON carpeted floors, super clean shower. Body soap container empty which was frustrating to us since we purposely left our shower supplies at home. FAST free yummy breakfast.
Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
